  • Cleaned and decontaminated: covers, deck, waste station, and autoload.
  • Inspected end to end: autoload, arm, pipetting channels, 96 head, iSWAP, belts, drives, and cables.
  • Channel o-rings replaced, and every axis adjusted and checked with the service software.
  • Lubricated to factory specification.
  • Drip tested and volume verified.
  • Firmware checked for compatibility, and old methods cleared.

Listed configurations start at $30,000 for a STARlet with 8 channels and Autoload, and $45,000 for a STAR with 8 channels, Autoload, and a 96 head. Other configurations are quoted to order.

02STAR or STARlet?

The STARlet is the compact model, with a 30-track deck. The STAR has a 54-track deck, with room for longer runs and more on-deck equipment. Both use the same pipetting channels.

03Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Every system we sell carries our 90-day guarantee.

04Do you install it?

Yes. We pack, ship, and install the system, and train your team before we leave.

05How soon can it ship?

Ship times are often within a week.
